Instant chinese idli

                                                             Instant chinese idli


Ingredients:

suji: 1kt
curd: 1kt
eno: 1tsp
capsicum: 1
onions: 1
carrots: 1
cabbage: 4tsp
soya sauce: 2tsp
vinegar: 1tsp
oil: 1tsp
salt to taste

Recipe:

  • Chop all vegetables in long slices and keep it aside.
  • mix suji, curd, salt in a big bowl and make a idli batter.
  • grease idli mould nicely.
  • now mix eno in idli batter and immediately put it in a mould and steam it.
  • take oil in a pan and saute all vegetables in it
  • after vegetables are half done and crispy add salt, soya sauce and steamed idlis and saute it.
  • now add vinegar and cook it for 2 mins and serve hot.
