Mushroom soup

                                                                  Mushroom soup

Ingredients:                                                                         Serving: 2-3 cups

mushrooms: 1 pkt
melted butter: 1/2 tsp
spring onions with greens: 1
double toned milk: 1/4 cup
pepper: 1/4 tsp
salt to taste

Recipe:

  • Chop 3-4 mushrooms and keep it aside, and boil the remaining mushrooms in 2 cups of water.
  • now churn the boiled mushrooms with remaining water in a mixer and make a stock
  • take butter in a pan and add chopped mushrooms, spring onions and greens and saute it.
  • add stock to it and bring it to boil.
  • then add milk and simmer the soup, season it.
  • serve hot.
