Stir Fried Lemon Chicken

                                                     Stir Fried Lemon Chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken boneless: 100gms
chicken stock: 1glass
lemon: 1
Mushrooms: 4-5pcs
Beans: 10-12
carrots: 2 sliced diagonally
garlic: 1tsp crushed
cornflour: 1tsp
soya sauce: 1tsp
oil: 1/2tsp
salt to taste

Recipe:
  • Boil chicken in a glass of water and keep the remaining stock aside.
  • Grate 1 tsp of lemon zest and keep it aside
  • whisk 2tsp lemon juice with chicken stock, corn flour and soya sauce in a bowl.
  • Heat oil in a pan and cook chopped mushrooms, carrots and beans till vegetables gets tender.
  • add lemon zest and crushed garlic in veg.
  • whisk the stock mixture and add it in a pan, stirring until thickened 2-3 minutes.
  • add chicken and cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot.
