Egg Mushroom Noodles

                                                            Egg Mushroom Noodles

Ingredients:

wheat noodles: 100gms
carrot: 1
beans: 4-5
onions: 1 med.
spring onions: 1
mushrooms: 1/2cup
oil: 1tsp
egg whites: 2
garlic: 1tsp
basil: for seasoning
salt to taste

Recipe:
  • boil noodles in 2 cups of water, when the noodles are cooked, drain the excess water and wash the noodles with cold water and keep it aside.
  • heap oil in a pan, add finely chopped onions and crushed garlic and then add other veg, when are veg are half cooked and crispy, keep it aside
  • cook beaten egg whites in a separate pan.
  • mix  noodles, veg and eggs in  pan, salt and seasonings, stir it and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot
