Ingredients: Serves: 2
mushrooms : 1 pkt
onions: 2 thinly sliced
garlic: 5-6 cloves
Almonds and cashews : 5 each soaked
Besan: 2 Tbsp
olive oil: 2tsp
salt to taste
garam masala : 1/2tsp
chili powder: 1/4tsp
Recipe:
- Heat 1tsp oil in a pan and saute sliced onions
- once onions turns transparent, add garlic and nuts and saute them for sometime.
- Remove the mixture in a blender
- Boil whole mushrooms in salty water for 5 minutes and remove them from water
- now blend onion mixture and mushrooms together in a fine paste
- heat 1/2tsp oil in a pan and saute the above mixture.
- add besan and keep on cooking the mixture on low flame.
- once the mixture comes together and starts leaving pan, remove them from burner and cool it.
- make small kebabs from the cold mixture and cook them on tawa with 1/2tsp oil (to grease tawa).
- serve hot with onion and green chutney .
