Ingredients :
Spinach/ Palak 250gms
Peas: 1/2 cup
broccoli 7-8 florets
green coriander 1/2 cup chopped
green chilies 1-2
garlic : 2-3 cloves
Roasted Besan 2 tsp
olive oil : 1tsp to grease tawa
salt, red chili powder and garam masala to taste
Recipe:
- Blanch spinach, steam broccoli and peas for 5 minutes
- blend all veggies with coriander, green chilies and garlic
- then add besan and other spices, mix them thoroughly
- make small tikkis and cook on greased tawa
- serve hot with mint chutney or garlic and hung curd dip
