Ingredients:
Beans : 1/4 cup finely chopped
cauliflower/ broccoli : 1/4 cup chopped
onions : 1 small finely chopped
tomato: 1 medium finely chopped
carrot: 1 small finely chopped
beetroot: 1/4 cup finely chopped
lemon juice (fresh) : 2tsp
garlic : 1 tsp crushed
coriander : 1/2 cup finely chopped
Recipe:
- Sauté garlic in 1tsp olive oil till it gets red in color
- add all chopped veggies and saute them for 5-7 minutes in medium flame
- now add 3 cups of water with salt and black pepper and simmer it for 10minutes on low flame or veggies get cooked but still crunchy
- add coriander and lemon at the end and serve hot.
