Sprouts Aape (ideal snack for diabetic/ weight loss)
Ingredients:
Sprouts raw : 3/4 cup
onions: 1 chopped
green coriander: chopped
green chilies : 1
Besan / chickpea flour : 1 table spoon/ 15gms for binding
eno: 1/4tsp
salt to taste
Recipe:
- Blend coarsely sprouts and then add finely chopped all veggies with besan and salt and mix it thoroughly.
- add eno and make it on appe pan with 1tsp oil .
- serve hot with amla and coriander chutney.
