Steel Cut oats and dal Dosa (tastes same as rice Dosa with the goodness of oats)
Ingredients:
Steel cut oats : 1 cup
idli rice: 1/2 cup
urad dal: 1/2 cup
methidana seeds: 1/4tsp
Recipe:
- Wash and Soak all the above ingredients for 3-4 hours.
- Blend them with 1/2 cup of water in a mixer for good 4-5 minutes.
- cover the batter and leave it in your kitchen, till it gets fermented, it usually takes 4-5 hours in summers.
- make idlis / dosa/ uttapam out of it.
