BOK CHOY Soup
Ingredients: Serves: 1
Bok choy : 4-5 stems with greens
Yellow zucchini: 1kt thin and circular slices
spring onions and green s chopped : 1 cup
ginger, garlic : 2tsp chopped
light soya sauce : 2tsp
chili oil : 1/3tsp
oil :1tsp
Recipe:
- Saute zucchini with 1/2tsp oil in a pan or wok till its done and keep it on side.
- Saute ginger garlic and 3/4 spring onions in a same pan till its done.
- now add soya sauce, chili oil, salt to taste with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil
- now add Bok choy (full stems) and cook it for 5 more minutes
- garnish it chopped spring onions, previously saute zucchini, lemon juice and chopped cilantro
- serve hot
