Paneer-Chili Pulao

                                                         Paneer-Chili Pulao

Ingredients:
brown rice: 1 1/2kt boiled (starch removed)
low fat paneer: 30 gms (cut into chunks)
oil: 1/2tsp
spring onion: 1
garlic paste: 1tsp
ginger paste: 1/2tsp
soya sauce: 1tsp
vinegar: 1tsp
chili sauce: 1tsp
salt to taste
pepper to taste

Recipe:
  • Marinate paneer chunks with ginger, garlic, soya sauce, vinegar for 2 hours
  • Heat oil in a pan , saute spring onions, add marinated paneer cook for 2 mins.
  • add boiled rice , salt , pepper and chili sauce. cook for 5 mins at low flame.
  • serve hot.




Carrot and Corn Tikki

                                                        Carrot and Corn
Ingredients:
Grated carrots: 1 cup
Boiled and crushed corn: 1 cup
grated onions: 1/4cup
chili garlic paste: 1tsp
lime juice: 1tsp
besan: 3tsp
curd: 1tsp
oil: 1tsp
semolina: 1tsp
soda: 1 pinch
garam masala: 1tsp
milk to bind mixture

Recipe:
  • Mix all the ingredients, except the oil.
  • bind the mixture and make round tikkies out of it.
  • heat oil in a non-stick pan, shallow fry the tikkies till they are golden brown in colour.
  • serve hot.

Rava Dhokla

                                                                    Rava Dhokla 

Ingredients:

Semolina: 1/2 cup
curd: 3/4cup
ginger paste: 1/4tsp
corriander leaves: 1/4 cup finely chopped
sugar: 1/2tsp
eno fruit salt: 1tsp
salt to taste

Recipe:
  • Mix curd and semolina thoroughly and keep aside for 2 hours.
  • add all the ingredients except the fruit salt.
  • grease idli moulds with oil and add eno in batter, beat well and pour it in the moulds.
  • steam for half an hour
  • Remove from flame, cool it and garnish it with corriander leaves.

Brown Rice Salad

                                                               Brown Rice Salad

Ingredients:

Brown rice : 1 1/2kt (boiled and starch removed)
finely chopped capsicum : 1/2
finely chopped carrots : 1
finely chopped onions : 1
finely chopped cabbage : 1/2kt
oil: 1tsp
vinegar: 2tsp
mustard seeds : 1/2tsp
salt to taste
pepper : 1/4tsp
roasted crushed peanuts: 4tsp

Recipe:
  • Take oil in a pan and add mustard seeds in it.
  • add all veg and toss for 5 mins  and then add rice in it.
  • add salt, pepper and cook for 2 mins
  • add vinegar and crushed peanuts before serving.
