Channa kebabs
Ingredients: Serving:6-7 kebabs
black channa: 100gms
ginger crushed: 1 small
besan: 1Tsp
green chillies: 2
green coriander chopped: 1 small katori
garam masala powder: 1/4 tsp
salt: 1/2 tsp
oil: 2 tsp

Recipe:
- soak black channa overnight.
- boil it in pressure cooker for 30 mins at low flame.
- cool it and grind it in mixer
- add crushed ginger, green chillies,coriander,garam masala,besan and salt to it
- make kebabs out of the mixture.
- cook it in nonstick with 2 tsp of oil.
- serve hot.
