Ingredients:
urad dal washed : 1Tsp
rice : 1 Tsp
ragi flour: 1/2 cup
poha: 1 Tsp
salt to taste
Recipe:
- Soak rice, dal and poha separately for 4-5 hour, grind them separately and then mix them.
- add ragi flour and let the batter ferment overnight.
- add salt and make steam idlis or chillas out of it.
