capsicum: 1

carrots: 1
cabbage: 4tsp
soya sauce: 2tsp
vinegar: 1tsp
oil: 1tsp

Recipe:
- Chop all vegetables in long slices and keep it aside.
- mix suji, curd, salt in a big bowl and make a idli batter.
- grease idli mould nicely.
- now mix eno in idli batter and immediately put it in a mould and steam it.
- take oil in a pan and saute all vegetables in it
- after vegetables are half done and crispy add salt, soya sauce and steamed idlis and saute it.
- now add vinegar and cook it for 2 mins and serve hot.
